Caroline is an ex-Banking search professional (Korn Ferry, Sheffield Haworth, Boyden, Leader Financial Search) with a high level of industry knowledge. She also set up and ran Internal Recruitment functions before founding Cornhill Consultancy in 2008, where she focuses on Partner level searches.

Caroline has a degree in French and is a qualified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor. She lives in Javea, Spain with her rescue dogs Millie, Tillie and Buddy. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys going to the gym and walking her dogs. She is passionate about helping the many rescue dogs on the Costa Blanca.

Cat attended Lady Elizabeth International School in Javea and after a successful summer internship in 2021, returned to Cornhill full-time as a Recruitment Consultant from August 2022, looking after the Researcher and Associate markets.

Since living in Spain, Cat has been surrounded by a very international environment. From this, she has developed a passion for learning more about new cultures - including travelling to different places, listening to their music and enjoying their food!
